The UN Secretariat in Switzerland from Europe region had released this tender for IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) would like to receive expressions of interest from financial institutions, for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) that it intends to launch for the provision of Global Custodian bank service, or Global Custody service for the International Civil Servants Mutual Associations (ICSMA). ICSMA, founded in 1958, is a non-profit fund exclusive to the United Nations at Geneva and Specialized Agencies, whose objectives are the promotion of mutual assistance among staff members of the United Nations Office at Geneva and other organizations of the United Nations Common System and the facilitation of the settlement of the said staff members and their family. ICSMA is comprised of two entities, La Mutuelle and the Provident and Insurance Group of International Officials (GPAFI). The required services aim to enable all negotiable securities, financial instruments and cash and cash equivalents, managed by ICSMA and by third parties, to be pooled within a single institution (global custodian bank). They also include securities administration, accounting, portfolios and performance analysis, monitoring of security transactions, recovery of withholding tax, issuing of various reports related to the investments and to the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors.
