A qualified vendor will provide OHCHR with the ability to better detect changes in areas of concern and corroborate reports of large-scale human rights violations. OHCHR will be able to immediately view key locations to understand events, uncover relevant insights, such as destruction of remote villages, which only take place during a finite period and make informed analysis and recommendations to the United Nations (UN) Country Teams.
