For all work, proper project management practices will be required: a.Assure stakeholder commitment and engagement prior to design; b.Determine the stakeholder resource needs necessary to enable project success; c. Flag risks to project delivery regularly to grant managers and 2nd line GF functions managing the portfolio of ABC or II/SD/IPIF modalities; d.Generate time-bound workplan with clear outputs and accountabilities; e.Prepare and manage regular meetings with stakeholders off the back of wellprepared analysis and presentations, adhering to proper meeting discipline and recording all decisions taken, next steps, deadlines and accountabilities; f. Report on progress per project to Global fund Country Team (CT) portfolio managers and 2 nd line GF functions. Services will be rendered at two levels, and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis depending on the context. • At country portfolio level, assisting in-country stakeholders, grant mangers and 2 nd line GF functions in designing bespoke ABC or II models • At Global Fund Secretariat level, to evaluate, learn lessons, iterate, and institutionalize policies, processes, tools, trainings and presentations that will with tender notice no.
