All communication (except during pre-bid meeting where applicable) for requests and clarifications shall be in writing through email tenders@noic.co.zw. Any other means of communication shall not be entertained. Clarification Clarification of the bidding document may be requested in writing by any Bidder up to 24 th of August 2023 and should be sent to tenders@noic.co.zw Pre-bid meeting Meeting will be held at NOIC Feruka Depot, Remainder of Orange Groove Farm, Off Birchenough Bridge Road, Feruka, Mutare at 14:15hours CAT of the 18 th of August 2023. Contractors who wish to attend the site meeting need must apply for clearance by the 4 th of August 2023 before attending the meeting. Application received after this date shall not be considered..
