Document in the appropriate registers Respond to inquiries regarding data as requested by relevant country office staff Maintain stocks of all the commodities for used for testing EGPAF Zimbabwe would like to engage COVID 19 Roving Nurse Consultant Testers for its Catalyzing COVID 19 Action (CCA) project. The Scope of Work includes screening of clients or patients at health facilities and identify eligible ones for COVID 19 testing and performs Ag RDT or collects specimen for PCR in selected facilities in Zimbabwe. The Foundation intends to issue a Firm Fixed Contract for the provision of Testing services for the initial term. After the initial period of the Firm Fixed Contract expires, EGPAF may exercise its option to extend the contract for an additional 2 option periods subject to availability of funding and consultant performance.
